Expect a reply within two working days. Requests under the GDPR — access, correction, export or deletion of your data — are answered within one month, as required by law.

What to include

Billing and subscriptions — the email address on your account. You can also manage or cancel your subscription yourself from your account settings.
Bug reports — what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Content corrections — a wrong translation, a bad example sentence, or a grammar rule that is off. Include the term and the language.
Account deletion — say so explicitly and we will remove your account and all associated learning data.
